Pictures should have a description

I was thinking about using the Exif title of the picture, it would be simpler and more portable. Reading Exif metadata and making it available in the templates is on my todo list.

Yeah, the title is one part of this. I am not using the EXIF Information for e.g. title, but I could change this if needed (well, a text file seems to be easier anyway). Furthermore on some pictures I would like to give some more comments (like e.g. people on the picture, or a special flower or stuff like this). This could be also added with some links to the people or to wikipedia for the flower.
i guess this issue is a little inter-related to the Issue #4 (gps data), which could also be added to the description easily and/or some javascript could be used for this.
