Missing borders of workbench and terminal impact usability

I plan to design a new workbench style inspired by the GitHub theme developed by official GitHub team.

This might solve this issue, but of course it will take some time.

To get the update immediately, you can download and install the development version of this extension built by github action:

1. Navigate to the github action page of this repository and click Development Release.
2. Choose the workflow triggered by your issue and download the artifact.
3. Extract the .zip file.

This was perhaps closed prematurely. On my system the highContrast option does not add any divider between the terminal and any panes open above.

The divider between the split editors is relatively clear, but there isn't a divider between the terminal and the editor panes.

My system and VS code info:
