The issue seems to me that the plugin does not accepts 5-14-2015 as a value. Try a time stamp instead: 1431561600

As per the conditions documentation, you should probably select date for the Test field though.

I may move on from this plugin. The more I test it, the more complicated it seems to be.

I'd rather use something that is less complex and time consuming, personally.

From experience, expect anything more friendly to be equally more limited. There is no other system as powerful as this one for what it promises: a reminder system.

I really only need it to send out welcome PMs and a friendly reminder to users that haven't been around in a few months to come check out the forum again.
