QuickTime kind of sucks

[GoogleCodeExporter]

CGImage support and ImageIO.framework loading implemented. However, 
ImageIO.framework
also sucks in many ways that are different from QuickTime, so I am not sure if 
I want
to dump QuickTime. QuickTime is also needed for 10.3 support.

Not at all useful. Does not do progressive or interruptable loading at all, and 
lacks many important features.

Currently CGImage is used when nothing else works, which is better than 
NSImage, but still far from ideal.
