[proposal] Use `illuminate/http` instead of the Guzzle client

Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't want Saloon to use the Illuminate/Http package as I was going to add the same testing functionality in the sammyjo20/saloon-laravel package using the service container. I like using Guzzle directly because then it's not essentially an abstraction above another, which in turn is another above cURL!

I really like how illuminate/http works for testing. In fact I will aim to build it exactly the same way, but only for the Laravel package of Saloon.
