Why the delay on this one? Seems like a pretty trivial change.  Repaint bounds
originating in the component can't be larger than the component.  Makes sense.  

Am I missing something?

Fixed in r554 as suggested above. Not entire sure it's clipping as much as it 
can,
but I haven't thought it out completely yet.

Thought it through even handles when the component is larger than the repaint 
region.
