There is a problem. if we put images into mob-web, when we deploy a our code'to 
titan, we will probably lost images and other multimedia files. So a solution 
might be putting images,videos and audios folders into another folder rather 
than mob-web, 

i am gonna try something like

i can retrieve this image from browser. Can we upload images to this folders?
There might be a permission problem. Please try.

I changed observeOE code accordingly(committed also) and tried. Right now one 
image is shown succesfully. I assume that the reason why other images did not 
show up is inconsistency between our database and our server. 
Event that i tried.
 http://localhost:8084/mob-web/observeOE.jsp?id=119 which is "451 sample event"
