Feature Request: Average Read Latency

Ignore the uptime stuff, that won't be functional/beautiful until a bit later.

Pros

• Tables are sorted by average latency
• average/min/max latency + gauge on single

Cons

• This will crash mobile browsers, requires preference presets I can piggyback off of to disable on mobile.
• You may hear your fans spin up on a full check, because the number of requests is 10x and I have debugging on (biggest impact on performance)

Todo:

• Median
• Calculate Jitter
• Finish uptime
• User preferences for subjective values so values are normalized within a subjective range (slow vs fast)
• test for memory leaks
