Add a tutorial for Demo Launch configuration

Because these parameters are no more required on the CLI, we may create a tutorial dedicated to the deployment of Janus over the network.

We may reuse the example of the "Ping-Pong" agents for playing around the network.

I think that a good option is to add subsections in the README file for each demo explaining shortly was it does and the command line to start the demo in question.
This way the users will be able to launch the demos without eclipse and rapidly test SARL.

I create packages for each demo. I added a README file for each demo.
