Report methods from delegates when querying a client

Added the methods:

delegated_methods
delegated_public_methods
delegated_protected_methods
delegated_private_methods

to report on the methods provided by delegates.

And optionally there is now Casting::MethodConsolidator (which must be manually added) to have the standard methods report behavior from delegates:

class User
  include Casting::Client
  delegate_missing_methods
  include Casting::MethodConsolidator
end

After including that module, the following methods will include the collection of delegates methods:

methods
public_methods
protected_methods
private_methods

You may want to keep things separate, so it's optional.
