I think it might be a good idea that we directly pass the predict method to pdp_isolate function. But in this case, we will also need to pass in the n_classes argument. 😬

I like passing in the model object better than passing in an instance method. As you point out, you already need to access other information from the classifier, and after all the whole point of PDPbox is to better understand a trained model.
