Add a log file

Paq 0.6 now has basic logging functionality.

For now, the log is extremely simple. All stderr output will be redirected to the log. I wanted to add timestamps but the event loop prevents this. More often than not, the timestamps where written out-of-order, making them useless.

There are now commands to open and delete the log.

I haven't implemented a setup option to open the log automatically, since the log only records stderr and not stdout. I also think it goes against Paq philosophy of "staying out of the way".
