it will be perfect to push down the edit back to database. this way comments can be kept in sync.
also this will automatically provide provide a web interface for commenting the database.

This will add a bit of "no-fail" requirement to Schemaspy. Updating a comment.... Corrupting a database we move from read-only to mutating the database. For production databases in larger enterprises or even small, might require Cab to do mutating operation done by non primary application. So usage in production databases might not be appropriate.
