It all looks ok on your screenshot, except for "No incoming connections" in monerod - but it's not critical. Also you could set fixed difficulty in xmrig. With your hashrate it will take a while (a week or more) to get payouts. You can read answers to common questions here: https://p2pool.io/#faq

Thank you! I did not fix the rate... What would be a decent one to start with? My Hashpower is about 1kH/S...

For 1 kh/s you can use difficulty 30000: -u x+30000
in command line or "user": "x+30000",
in config.json if you use config.json

So thankful!

I have been mining for days already and have not received anything. How is that possible? I want to be in this pool but I insist, am I doing something wrong?
I read I have to found a share for then get a reward. After the first reward, will I'll be receiving rewards constantly?
from p2pool.
With your hashrate it's more than a week on average to find a share. It can be several weeks if you're unlucky. If you don't get warnings/errors in p2pool and status command shows correct hashrate then it's all good. Once you find a share, it's likely that you will get several ~0.0004 XMR payouts. Yesterday I got 11 payouts from a single share I found (0.0044 XMR in total).

OK. My share found a block yesterday (as seen in Status at p2pool.exe. However, I did not received any reward, and also, when I input my public address on the Observer nothing comes up. How is that?
from p2pool.
Either you were out of sync with the pool and mined a share on an alternative chain, or tje pool didn't find a block while your share was within PPLNS window. Post your full p2pool.log here (you can attach it to your github comment).

It says "Connections = 0", so you are disconnected from other p2pool nodes. Probably your monerod crashed and other peers banned your node when it stopped updating.
