Thanks for reporting, @EmmyGuy - can you check what version of NetworkX you are running? I suspect version 2, which was just released with some API changes, and that we'll need to ship a bugfix release because of it.

I can reproduce after upgrading to NetworkX 2.0, this is definitely the source of the problem. Looking for the best workaround.

@EmmyGuy I have a workaround that seems fine, but is failing a rather subtle test or it'd be up already.
skfuzzy supports literally any membership function you can imagine. The automf
method is really handy to make families of triangular shaped membership functions, but you can add your own interactively using any membership function you care to define - so long as it's on the same universe the fuzzy variable expects. So long as it's on the same universe and the values are between 0 and 1, it'll work.
