Dokku plugin to rebuild an app without a git push

Commands

$ dokku help
     rebuild <app>     Rebuilds specified app
     rebuild:all       Rebuilds all apps

Installation

cd /var/lib/dokku/plugins
git clone https://github.com/scottatron/dokku-rebuild rebuild

Tagged releases are compatible with the equivalent Dokku release e.g. Dokku v0.2.x / Dokku Rebuild v0.2.x

Invalid argument

After installing this plugin, I get the following error each time I try to push:

$ git push dokku master
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
fatal: write error: Invalid argument

Allow non-master branches

Hello,

Thanks for this great plugin. Is it possible to enable non-master branches to be rebuilt?

open /var/lib/dokku/plugins/available/rebuild/plugin.toml: no such file or directory

dokku 0.7.0

rebuild seems not to handle git submodules

When app repository contains external git submodules rebuild seems not to init\update them.

Running image manually one can empty /app/<submodule-name> dir

Tag a release

Would make it easier to determine stability and lock a deployment script onto a specific version.
