Hmm, I'm using some internal EDD functions like EDD_Payment_Stats->get_sales() which don't allow you to filter the downloads. To do this I'd have to write my own functions that allow this type of filtering.
Not impossible, but probably won't happen soon.

Hmm, removing sales of $0 may not be the right thing for everyone, but I can see how it would mess up the metrics. Let me think about this.
