Just a quick update. After trying a number of different things over the hours i stumbled on to something that got me working. I installed pyyaml via easy_install. I dont know difference because im too new to the python world. But having pyyaml installed before installing your plugin let the plugin install successfully.

The problem with this is that it is just a hack for me. Someone couldnt check out my project and just run pip install requirements. For now i will document the work around within my project. I am still very much interested in a better solution

I am not sure about the error but it works fine for me on Linux. Maybe it is a windows problem related to the way in which PyBuilder installs plugins from PyPI under Windows? It seems like it is trying to temporarily install something into 'c:\\users\\jcorson\\appdata\\local\\temp\\tmpoak5pe' but doesn't have sufficient permission to do so?

@esc That seems to be an accurate statement. This is a windows machine. I haven't tried it from Linux because i currently don't have a work environment that would allow me to do so. Could someone try to reproduce on a fresh window/python environment?
