@tmickel Looks like we have a couple Scratch Jr bugs that need to be addressed this coming week. Can you handle this one?

The specific problem here is the Android 4.2 webview not saving or loading a cookie. It might be a configuration issue or it might be that we need to restructure the way a selected language is saved on Android. If it's the latter, I think it may require a full couple of days. I could take this on but I would like other people to start getting familiar with the ScratchJr code as well.

@thisandagain Having a lot of trouble with this one. Android webviews are supposed to have supported cookies for a very long time. But setting document.cookie and then reading it on Sausage, it's immediately blank - never saved. Maybe this could be a problem specifically with the Samsung tablet. Not sure how to investigate this anymore...
