Highlight appearing twice if n1k0 / SublimeHighlight is installed.

Sorry for not responding earlier.

The two plugins use the same name "Highlight" under "Edit" menu with different internal id, so ST2 will create an menu entry for both.

What I can do is either

1. change my internal id from "highlight" to "sublime_highlight" (https://github.com/n1k0/SublimeHighlight/blob/master/Main.sublime-menu), so you can find both menu entries under "Highlight"

or

2. use a different name, such as "Highlight Words", so you can choose one correctly

Which one do you prefer?
