Missing sudo in /usr/local/bin/setup

Missing sudo in /usr/local/bin/setup

A better fix would be to remove all the sudo statements from the script and 
just run the script itself with sudo:
sudo /usr/local/bin/setup

Which means we also need to change the "Setup" desktop shortcut.

Removed all instances of "sudo" from /usr/local/bin/setup and did the following:
