I like the idea although I am a little bit concerned whether if adding more and more details could pollute the modelling language and in the end result in to much complexity... For testing, I ve added a new enum in my local branch to the AjiMLT metamodel which adds a type specifier attribute to entity objects. I'm not sure if this is the best solution, another option could be to add then as completely new siblings of entities or to leave everything as it is and bear with it. What do u guys think? @pwizenty @jo2 ?

You can have a look at the test implementation tomorrow, I still need to change the graphical editor.

I'd say that it is better to declare them to be entirely new objects because they aren't entities in the datamodel so they shouldn't be children of it. But I don't know how much work it will be to implement that.

I think, having different types of entities is a great idea, but the integration into the generator is quite difficult. For example, the transformation from DTOs to entities may need some additional, not contained in the metamodel.

Just adding the different entity types would be easy, but i guess it would not fulfill the actual purpose of this issue.

The purpose of this issue is to create a possibility to declare different types of classes. Of course it would be nice to auto generate DTOs and so on but that is not in the scope of this issue.
