I can't speak for peripherals (as i don't have any), but for laptops themselves Asus sometimes removes some driver / BIOS updates from website, if they find them to be faulty or so.

So what you see now - is probably what they want to share with you :)

I'm not aware about any other way to get updates besides website/API, and G-Helper can't handle firmware updates for peripherals anyway.

Since you have Harpe Ace mouse i can only advice to try "Armoury Crate Gear" to check for updates for it next to website. It's a stripped version of AC, that handles only few peripherals including yours.

@DeepChirp from what i see on asus website - for most of the mice, you can't download firmware separately even.

The only available download - is AC itself

As I remember AC handles firmware update process by itself mostly (in some proprietary way). I have no idea how it happens, and actually considering that it's risky process - don't want to add it to the app.

So I think it's fine to keep things as is :)

@seerge Thank you for your prompt reply. As an alternative, I think we can only check if the firmware version on the official website can be updated. The update process can be handed over to users for their own operation, and G-Helper can only guide users to the official website.
