Good news so far. I changed credentials to the sandbox and had success with the AccountClient. I'm thinking the problem may be with authorizing the API key. Hopefully creating a new API key will solve the problem with live account access. At least I am confident that my code works with the sandbox. I will inactivate this issue when I have success with the live account.

This all brings up a general question. Is there a way to set a timeout exception on API calls? In my test the hung code was hung for about 7 hours in the final test. I went to sleep and woke up to find the break point remained untriggered.

It all appears to be working. I was able to access the live account. I discovered part of the problem. I develop at multiple IP addresses. Keys generated at one IP do not work when used from other IP addresses. Once used incorrectly, the key seems to be blacklisted. These "features" are not documented on GDAX or Coinbase. I have sent a note to GDAX support but they have yet to respond.
I also discovered that your code omits the CancellationTokenSource to be used with async/await processes. This token allows either manual cancellation or setting a timeout to auto cancel the async operation. This is a major omission because of the very real and often encountered internet connection dropouts. I strongly urge implementation of the CancellationTokenSource class. Please add this functionality to your library.
Otherwise, I have had excellent success. Even with these minor problems your library has saved me a ton of effort. Thank you for posting it for others to use.
