Eclim 2.2.2 removed several of the import commands and combined them into one, java_import_organize.
I've actually gotten this to work in eclim-java.el by replacing the java-import-missing function with one that just calls java_import_organize with the appropriate flags.
An alternative is to downgrade to Eclim 2.2.1.

Sure thing, I can get to it in an hour or so. One problem is that it doesn't recheck for errors after the import, so you have to make an edit and save to get the error faces to go away.
