That's probably a bug in python-hpilo :)
What iLO firmware version are you on?
Please supply the XML debug output, following the steps at http://seveas.github.io/python-hpilo/troubleshooting.html
from python-hpilo.
Thanks!
The FW version is iLO3 1.7.
Will send you email with debug info
from python-hpilo.

Thanks for the debuginfo. Unfortunately, pasting it here really mangles the output. Could you please mail me the generated file as an attachment? ([email protected])
The debug output does show that it's definitely a bug in python-hpilo, so once I have the debug output, I will fix it asap.
from python-hpilo.
It's actually a bug in the ilo3 firmware, it's misspelling NIC_INFORMATION
as NIC_INFOMATION
! A workaround is now in commit d1cc8fa. If this workaround works on your systems I will issue a bugfix release of python-hpilo.
from python-hpilo.
Please issue a bug fix.
It works great in my environment.
Thanks a lot!
