Scrolling behaviour is not consistent with native apps (on OS X)

Currently I prefer option B as it feels less broken than option A. Neither feels perfectly native though.

JavaScript simulating bounce scrolling is not an option as it sucks. Performance is poor and the physics doesn't feel the same. Plus it would be odd on platforms that don't have bounce scrolling.

Another B cons is that it break Bungloo's feature that remembers the scrolling position among views.

For now I have reverted to Option A as B did break Bungloo's behaviour and it would have been a pain to fix. I added a scroll-top bar which makes the bounce scrolling look less broken on OS X.
