convert integrations to use apache camel

convert the manually written integrations to use apache camel, mainly InstanceRefreshTask.java

reorganize packages

package by feature not by type.

update dockerfile

The docker files currently assume Java 8 and that we're running an http server... neither of these are true. The file should be updated to run the OpenJDK 11 and not bind to any http port.

the docker image will also need to have access to the database file.

remove hibernate validator

remove hibernate validator and implement a better validation api.

currently the license is only in LICENSE.md but it should be added to the top of each source file like recommended by the GPL.

implement scheduler for pulling instance data

Implement the scheduled job to pull the instance data from the trust api and update the data in the database. including the api service and the logic for the model services.
