Hi Kamil,
Thanks for reporting the issue. That is a known probolem. It is easy to resolve the 'zlib.gyp' missing problem, but there are other problems to make it compile on Windows. Unfortunately we don't have bandwidth to work on this yet. We will come back to it time time later.
