etcd v3.x support

Hi --

Do you have updated template for etcd v3, as there are metrics which are not working (latency for e.g.), out of box

etcd.follower[latency,current]" changed: Value "HTTP Error 403: Forbidden (http://localhost:2379)
etcd.follower[counts,fail]" changed: cannot convert value to numeric type

Does not work with python3

Running without any parameters will result in an error on Centos 8 (Python 3.6)
