Vehicle Utilization is currently calculated with the following formula:
Math.round((ActiveVehicles / TotalVehicles) * 100)
This is different than the time based utilization calculation currently described in the docs. I'm going to update the docs to accurately reflect this, then prioritize moving the calculation to the new metric. This will require calculating the total time available
, which is not currently implemented.
