Can it be related to the v2.0.0 release?
Notice the md-seed-config.js has changed from v1 and now expect different interface: https://github.com/sharvit/mongoose-data-seed#md-seed-configjs

If so, changing your Dockerfile should solve the issue:

RUN npm install -g mongoose-data-seed@1

Anyway, I would recommend upgrading to v2 😃
