Gray scale coloring would be nice (or symbols)

Greyscale is currently not implemented, but you can change the colour scheme 
from the
blue to red (hue) model to one that uses saturation from white through to a 
single
colour.  This is the system used in the view labels tab.

I've added some details to the KeyConcepts file to help explain this.  Screen 
shots
are still needed, though.

Symbols are not supported, as they shapes are based on the group sizes (e.g.
rectangles can also be used).

Grey scale shading added for version 0.16.  

Symbols are more an issue for point data, for which issue #198 has been raised.
