Awesome! Thanks for doing this. I'm 👍 for it, I think (though I've not necessarily seen used elsewhere, for good or bad)

Thanks for suggesting folks use pull request for design decisions. I definitely like the idea of code review for bigger things.

+1 with one exception: things untested/uncertain still can go through pull requests - like #32
