Expose the Dynamic Extension Point Location

Another developer reported this request in our public discord channel, with a similar rationale:

If the extension point was available within the extension, we were thinking of using this value to allow merchants to specify different configurations for the same type of extension. Currently we can't see a way to allow a merchant to add the same extension twice and have them render different content. (e.g. show an upsell for Product A on the information page and an upsell for Product B on the payment page). Since the extensions are defined in a config file and not created dynamically, the only way we currently see being able to achieve the example above would be to have two separate extensions (Upsell 1 and Upsell 2). I might be missing something here though

This is definitely needed, especially when this feature is built for Shopify Plus stores, it makes total sense that some of them would like to have the same extension with different settings in different pages/positions.
