My environment, this behavior wasn't happend.
So, I can't fix it.

I have found the issue: i have a line in my vimrc:
vnoremap :

and when i changed it to
xnoremap :

the issue is disappear, but I found all :normal in snippets_complete.vim, there are all nromal! and there are no space in the normal command. I don't know why this happen...

I found that space!

I copied settings from vim.org, and the settings text in script page all have spaces at tail...

i run %s/\s+$//g in my vimrc, and this issue disappeared.

sorry for my disturbance, that's all my mistake :-(

To detect spaces at tail, you should use this setting.
set listchars=tab:>-,trail:-,extends:>,precedes:<
