Unable to compile both on simulator and device

for simulator usage try to compile the iOS8SampleSimulator target.
I do not have any trouble compiling with iPhone 5 simulator or device in ios 8.
maybe its because you are using a beta version of xcode 6. did you try the latest one?
i have Version 6.0 (6A313)
