Where are you seeing firewall running, or what issue are you hitting?
We shouldn't have the firewall enabled anywhere.

that's on the KVM host, not the guests.

so, just for the record.
I'm running this on my work laptop (openSUSE leap 15.1) and the interface virbr1 is attached to the vagrant-libvirt network.
On the laptop I created a new firewall zone called caasp4 and added nfs (probably more services than needed though)

firewall-cmd --permanent --new-zone=caasp4
firewall-cmd --zone caasp4 --permanent --add-interface=virbr1
firewall-cmd --zone caasp4 --permanent --add-service=nfs
firewall-cmd --zone caasp4 --permanent --add-service=nfs3
firewall-cmd --zone caasp4 --permanent --add-service=mountd
firewall-cmd --zone caasp4 --permanent --add-service=rpc-bind
firewall-cmd --reload
