The solution is already in the error message you see:

[ERROR] Calling function with array-typed parameter or return value is not supported yet. Change it to pointer-type to workaround.

Instead of having a function with signature like void f(int a[5]), you should write void f(int* a) instead. We currently do not support fixed-sized array as parameter or local variable: we only support pointers.
