I found a solution to my problem. But let me first explain my problem better.

The web service that I want to communicate with wants autherization like this.

<soap:header>
       <AuthHeader  xmlns="some_url>
              <Username>some_string</Username>
              <Password>some_password</Password>
       </AuthHeader>
</soap:header>

When I create header area like expalined here AuthHeader filed would be like this:

...
       <n0:AuthHeader  xmlns:n0="some_url>
               <Username>some_string</Username>
              ` <Password>some_password</Password>
       </n0:AuthHeader>
...

Those 'n0's causes the service to refuse autharization.

The work around:
When you create your AuthHeader element, create it without namespace. Then call setAttribute method on it.
Like this:

Element authHeader = new Elemen().createElement(null, "AuthHeader");
authHeader.setAttribute(null, "xmlns", "some_url");
