I have modified entrypoint.sh so that you can specify/mount pre-generated certificate/key pair using -v /path/to/server.crt:/opt/server.crt and -v /path/to/server.key:/opt/server.key, respectively.
I believe server.crt can contain the full-chain but I don't have a 3rd-party CA signed certificate at hand to test, so please report back if you get a chance.
Note that I would still recommend using self-signed certificates for VPN purposes.
