기능 구현.

동작 추가.


오퍼레이터에서 랩터로의 명령 / 랩터에서의 해당 명령 
수행지까지의 명령 전달 구현.
강제 로그인의 경우 rule에 추가 필요.

raptor로의 상태 변경 알림 기능 미구현.

+ 사용자의 상태에 Connected, Disconnected 를 추가.
+ 원격제어 시, connected 된 raptor 들을 타겟 으로 표시

+ 랩터의 경우, 최종 접속 성공한 주소를 파일로 저장, 실행 
시 읽어들여 기본 접속 주소로 
사용.

종료/리부팅의 최초 목표 기능 구현.
추가로 오퍼레이터에서 랩터를 원격으로 종료 시킬 수 
있도록 기능 구현.
