我觉得这主要看业务需求，我一般多对多关系才有中间表（就是第一种），一对一，一对多时就用一张表关联（第二种）。

期待订单中心更新呀，因为我们现在接触的业务都是虚拟商品，后续可能有周边实体商品，要考量下订单表和订单明细的设计。
