Clone detection on sample fails(?)

What was the command line you used?

I'm sorry, I have no idea why I'm receiving those E-mails. I got confused
and I was assuming those were reports on one of my repositories, which is
not the case.

Do you see any log files in TIME_DIR folder (defaulted to "times/" within the same folder as the 'config' file)?
Can you see more error messages within the grouping* or param* log files there?
