I think installing all three is good. Ideally pip install sky should automatically do this all under the hood.
As for "awscli is not available so you cannot launch stuff on AWS", we can check the config files and if it is not filled out yet, we can say that.

The requirements.txt does not contain google-api-python-client, so the examples/resnet_app.py will fail due to the lack of dependency.
