it dosn't have any mods and is focused on compatibility.

then why have a mod launcher if no mods?
either way, until you're on the latest version there's nothing we can do

We don't support hybrid server software. Please use Spigot or Paper based server software.
If you don't use any real mods then just use Spigot/Paper.
