I've added a neon glow effect as best as I could with the css and in the Style Settings it's located:
Note Elements > Lists > Colorful Lists > Neon Lines

Also it's bound to be a tad buggy on preview mode with equal list sublevels, so it's not perfect 🙈

Yeah it's a bit of a limitation with the way the bullet lines have to be created in preview, so the neon can only go left or the whole list has a rectangle glow around it.

I'll close this issus then, and am looking forward to the #39 fix, especially for the audio playback interface
