Correct virtualenvs-path for caching

I'm pretty sure the default name for a virtualenv used to be .venv for Poetry-created virtualenvs. Has that changed?

Ok that's strange 🤔 I've used this configuration in a few projects at least, so I'm pretty confident it works most of the time. Feel free to re-open if you get to the bottom of it 👍

You can use any path you like. If you set the path you don't need to set virtualenvs-in-project: true, it will have no effect.

The trick is to set the path to cache by using poetry config to get the location for sure.

However, only be actively using the command, GitHub Action has used the cached.

Anyway, I am not able to figure out the reason ... 😞
