I don't actually see an error in there. Can you be more specific about the problem? If you do sudo make install do you get stuff installed in /usr/local (your prefix)?

You are right.
I couldn't compile libdaq on the next step and i thought i already had warnings there.
But after some try and error, maybe i didn't installed all prerequisites, i finally could install libdaq 3.0.5!
from libdaq.
