Proper way to use this adapter with ioredis

Hi! You need to catch the "error" events on the duplicated client too:

const client = new Redis(config); 
client.on("error", err => {
  console.log("Logging err", err);
});

const subClient = client.duplicate();

subClient.on("error", err => {
  console.log("Logging err", err);
});

this.io.adapter(createAdapter(client, subClient));

@darrachequesne Hi, Thank you. In the official docs, ioredis's example is given using the Cluster module instead of a normal ioredis client. I think it will be less confusing if normal example is also included there.
